I wish I could find out the percentage of Atheists out there that were once Christian compared to life long Atheists.The more Atheists I meet online the more I wonder. Right now I have met more converted Christians to Atheism then there are life long Atheists. This is good because, The ex Christains are educated in the religion and can see and expose it for what it really is. They are the ones who actually READ the Holy Book.The bible is the Atheists best weapon. :)

You missed the point of my post altogether, but you're hardly unique in your indoctrination.You can't present "evidence" of this so-called "TruthofGod" or of your fantasy "broken world full of sin and suffering." People do not represent the totality of "the world" nor is there anything called "sin" anywhere to be of concern. Heaven/Hell/Satan/Jesus/Judgment, et al are fables like the Boogeyman and Santa Claus.

OK bottom line is most Christians and Atheists don't understand each other AT ALL (though there are some who try). Christians believe in the same "Truth" of God and the Bible that Atheists think is grade A crap (right?) while Christians see Atheists as being deluded because they don't see the Truth of God but instead live fully in this broken world full of sin and suffering.(BTW Christianity and Islam are a fraction of the world's religions but in sheer numbers of people they have far more.)

I would be concerned more about the dead sea scrolls as the appostles reports on Jesus death a contradictory, for example John (I believe) Said that Jesus dissapeared from the cross then reappeared beside him laughing at the romans for their stupidity in trying to kill God. Christianity never made sense Paul made sure of that. |
