Because the CFL is comprised of people not good enough to play in the NFL. Average CFL salary is $55k. Average rookie NFL salary is $325k. The players are better, and the quality of the game is higher in the NFL. The CFL all star team would get crushed by the worst NFL team, regardless of what set of rules used. People who think the CFL is anywhere close to the NFL are living in a dreamworld.
