Two Bull Sharks ATTACK AND KILL Hooked Tarpon, Boca Grande, FL Video Shot by Wilson Kerr. Angler: Capt. Jeff Sayre of www.flyfishingthevineyard.com. Boat Captain: Eric Obeck. Location is Boca Grande, FL. May 15, 2010 After a great fight with several jumps, a hooked tarpon throws itself AT the bow of the boat and then is attacked by a bull shark. Per Captain Obeck's instructions, angler Jeff Sayre breaks the tarpon off, so it can escape, but TWO BULL SHARKS then pin the tarpon AGAINST the side of the boat and attack it. They literally hit the boat. There is a pause....but the sharks have pushed the crippled tarpon under the boat. They then attack it again and BOTH SHARKS fight over it, in a spray of blood and scales, as other boats watch. Quite a demonstration of raw nature.
