They make good artificial reefs, yes, but when done properly. As in removing all hazardous materials prior to sinking. As mentioned by the first comment about this video, the idiots just spilled all the boats petroleum products into the water killing or infecting who knows how many species of aquatic life. So unless they show them removing all the fluids, or make a disclaimer statement to that effect before showing their final actions, the retards broke the law by dumping toxic waste.
