if i were one of the cops, i would have shot the killer in the face when i saw him shaking the head. he'd be dead. i dont care who he is, if an innocent person has this fate, id kill the person who did and it and was taunting everyone with the head

im not completely understanding. so this guy is going around beheading people, but he traps himself in the bus? how do the cops not cautch him if hes still in the bus when cops show up?
