no, being a former keeper myself i know that yes it is unlikely to save a penalty but you are able to greatly shift the chances of saving one in your favor by cutting the angle etc. A good goalkeeper is always "lucky" if tey execute

a penalty cannot be saved, just kicked wrong... the kepper always have luck if he jump to the right side
