Cant understand why this guy never made it in UK.... I know the motown stuff was seen as alien and Dusty Springfield even had a show on British TV trying to showcase some of it, so i can understand why it never appealed and they generally didnt get/understand most of it..(franklin you cant make out what shes sayin)... but for this guy playing rock n roll (which is universal) to be as unfashionable i dont get.. and if you dared like him you were seen as uncool.

The baseball field where Bruce filmed the opening of this video is the same one I played on in high school. They fixed up the place but it is still called "Miller Stadium" in West New York, NJ. `
