lol i took this very test with my Sli GTX 280 and I7 Cpu and smashed it. some guy beat me in this test though cause he is running 3x GTX 280 but my CPU kicked his ass! im thinking of making a vid about it but dont know if i can be bothered

umm no shit, "once ati opens up the 4870x2 its going to blow away any nvidia card" ati will be making new drivers to get the full power out of the 4870x2 if you havnet already heard of this. in fact they may already be out. please read before you post "open up" not already out.

yes ur right - i own dual 8800 gt in SLI and i know once ati opens up the 4870x2 its going to blow away any nvidia card.its got like 1600 stream pros. i am an nvidia fan but ati has the fastest cards. gtx280 is slow for what it has on it, it should run faster but it doesnt. |
