Hey.Technically the tank can still be put into use so long as it passed hydrostatic and visual testing. Unpainted eh? Somehow I doubt it'll pass..but it might.However there is an issue with tanks prior to '89 that could be made out of an alloy that has seemingly randomly exploded despite passing regular testing.
