I just caculated what i pushed, a full movement and not that joke of a video , sucked, he has red line wraps, weighs 300 pounds,and does not burry the weight. at 190, with a 29 inch waist, gold line wraps that are nothing like those he uses. I did sets and reps with 17 plates a side for full movement. now put 900 pounds on and get him to move that for 12, then thats ok . sorry, I am not so easily impressed, these guys are not strong for their weight.

I love Ronni, don't get me wrong, he is a legend and a monster. But if you believe he is not on steroids then i recommend killing yourself as soon as possible.The case in point is the fact that professional body building competitions such as Mr Olympia or the Arnold Classic do NOT test for steroids. Of course they are on steroids, but god dammit he does it better than anyone else.
